Bangladesh Cricketers Celebrate Eid-ul-Adha 2026 with Family and Friends

Eid-ul-Adha was celebrated across Bangladesh with great joy and devotion on May 28. Every year, the festival brings a message of sacrifice, faith, and peace to Muslims around the world.

Bangladesh’s cricketers also spent the occasion with their families and loved ones. Because of their busy cricket schedules, many players often have to celebrate Eid away from home while traveling with the national team. This time, however, there were no major cricket commitments, allowing the players to enjoy Eid with their families. Many of them also shared moments from their celebrations on social media.

Cricketers Share Joyous Moments on Social Media

Experienced batter Mushfiqur Rahim wished everyone a happy Eid through a Facebook post. He shared family photos with his wife and two children, celebrating the joy of the occasion together. Opener Shadman Islam also posted pictures with his wife and daughter while sending Eid greetings to fans. Naim Sheikh joined the celebrations as well, sharing moments with his wife and child.

Like most years, Taskin Ahmed celebrated Eid in Dhaka. The fast bowler offered Eid prayers alongside his father Abdur Rashid and his son Tashfin Ahmed Rihan. After the prayers, he also spoke with the media. Later, Taskin posted photos with his father and son on Facebook and wished everyone a joyful Eid.

Meanwhile, Shakib Al Hasan celebrated Eid with his family in the United States, where Eid was observed a day earlier. Alongside the festivities, Shakib also enjoyed some football activities during the celebrations. Photos of him with his wife on Eid day were widely shared on social media.
